Summer 2006
The company name changed to PDQ Notary, Inc. Mark Willard continues as President/Owner.
Summer 2005
Due to a growing partnership with title companies and lenders, the company began offering nationwide coverage using independent contractors outside of Missouri and Tennessee.
Fall 2004
The state of Tennessee was opened with 18 locations. Statewide coverage was instituted in Tennessee as well as Missouri using employees and not independent contractors.
Fall 2003
Expansion across the state of Missouri began by adding employees in the Kansas City region. By the summer of 2004, the business plan for Missouri was fulfilled. Over 20 locations were established throughout the state allowing us to close a loan anywhere in the state.
Summer 2003
PDQ Signing Services, Inc. was formed. Mark Willard joined the newly formed corporation. Employees were soon hired to perform witness loan closings instead of using independent notaries.
Spring 2001
The company was founded by Al and Debbie Eckert working from their home performing witness loan closings. Over the next several months, other closers were recruited to help with the overflow during peak times.
