We offer in-house notary services in St. Louis County at our corporate office located in Maryland Heights. You may walk-in or come by appointment from Mondays through Fridays between 9:00AM - 6:00PM CST. Services are available during the lunch hour.

Please note: We cannot notarize documents requiring a medallion or apostille seal.

Requirements for successful document notarization:

  • Bring your document to PDQ Notary office (we do not provide documents)
  • Do not sign your document until you meet the notary public
  • Cash or check payment only
  • Present one of the following IDs:
    • State issued Driver's License
    • State issued ID (non-driving ID)
    • Passport
    • Military ID
  • Fees:
    • $2.00 per notary signature/ stamp
    • $1.00 per witness signature (must be arranged in advance)
    • $1.00 per page (printing, photocopying or faxing your document)
    • $10.00 additional weekend fee (by appointment only)
